Padmini Ray Murray

I am currently a lecturer and research associate at the School of Creative Industries, Edinburgh Napier University. At the heart of my teaching practice, research and industry experience, lies a deep passion for the way we communicate effectively, especially through the written and printed word. Consequently, the scope of my interests and research areas is wide-ranging: print culture in the Romantic era; Byron, his life and poetry; the history of the book; contemporary UK academic and trade publishing; emerging technologies and their impact on the publishing industry, especially in the context of intellectual property; the graphic novel.
